I found this recipe on Jaimie Oliver’s Food Ministry, tried it and it was a hit!
The meatballs are so simple yet phenomenal!
TIP: I double the meat (1 pack pork, 1 pack beef) and make a double batch. It’s not that much more work and now I have meatballs for another meal! Makes about 60 smallish-medium size balls.
It’s super easy so here’s the video with the how to and ingredients you need.
*Replacement: If you can’t find the kind of crackers that Jaimie used (yes, we’re on a first name basis now ;), don’t stress. Just buy something similar. I used Stoned Wheat Thins and it made it just as yummy.
DON’T replace the crackers for breadcrumbs. The crackers add a nice crunch to the meat balls! (Or at least try it once before replacing crackers for bread crumbs).
