Pork “Biryani” Noodle dish!

An experiment gone right!

I wanted to make pork biriyani but wanted to change it up by using noodles instead if rice! I had vermicelli noodles in my pantry so I used those!

Here’s the recipe. It was a hit with my fam! They’re so amazing to try new things with me!

-Boil a big pot full of water
-Heat Olive oil
-Fry 1 chopped onion & 2 chopped garlic cloves
-Add ground pork (about a normal size ziplock full)
-Cook till pork is cooked
-Add raisins (as much or little as you want or none)
-Add biriyani sauce (to taste)
-add cayenne pepper, turmeric, salt & pepper
-Add whole bag of vermicelli into big pot of boiling water
-drain noodles
-put noodles back in big pot
-add ground pork mixture
-add chopped bok choy (about 6 bok choy’s worth)
-mix around with tongs until bok choy is cooked

Serve with naan bread or pita bread with a dollop of plain yogurt on the side!
