Is cooking with COCONUT OIL good or bad for our health?

Apperently it’s not bad for you, however it’s not recommended to replace all the oils in your pantry and use it exclusively.

I tried it out tonight to sauté some bok choy. Not much difference taste-wise. It would be more interesting to try it with recipes that use coconut oil.
