Asian Noodle Stir-Fry

Yummy comfort food! Always a hit at my house!

The only pre-prep you need to do is pre-soak the shiitake mushrooms overnight if you want to use these mushrooms. I love the flavour that they add to the dish!

-Heat oil (I combined olive oil & a bit sesame)
-Fry ginger, garlic, scallions
-add chicken breast strips
-add shiitake mushrooms & red pepper
-add sliced up bok choy
-add chicken broth, soy sauce, oyster flavour sauce, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper
-boil ramen noodles at the same time (3 minutes then drain)
-put noodles back in pot and add the stir fry mixture, add toasted sesame seeds
-mix it all together (easier to do with tongs)
-add bean sprouts last minute before serving

Garnish with cilantro &/or sesame seeds. Enjoy!
